CBO Marks-Up the Senate Bill

The Congressional Budget Office predicts the Senate Health Care bill will reduce the deficit by $118 billion over 10 years.

I wonder what the score would look like if the benefits and taxes started concurrently, and if the CBO budgeted for the "doc fix" that Congress consistently passes but the Senate bill assumes won't happen.
