• The national Oil Spill Commission released there report, indicating shared blame between BP, its contractors, and regulators.  The report indicates regulators did not have the budget necessary to do their job well.


• China is experiencing some inflation, but The Economist doesn't believe that's a world problem.


• Protests against Tunisia's authoritarian president are spreading, even has rights groups indicate 30 protesters have been killed.
