• Libya remains embroiled in protests and it appears Qaddafi's rule is growing increasingly tenuous.  Earlier this morning the Libyan Ambassador to the U.S. was on Good Morning America calling for Qaddafi to go(video).


• Midlevel Taliban leaders admit to a rift between themselves and top Taliban commanders.  The midlevel leaders have grown weary of a fight that the top commanders don't personally participate in.  In Kabul, there are reports that Gen. Petraeus offended the Karzai government.  Ahmed Rashid sits down with The Economist to discuss Pakistan's multi-facted crisis(audio).
